Clinical Presentation of Patients of Carcinoma of Rectum and Different Modalites of Treatment

Objectives: To determine the clinical presentation of patients Carcinoma Rectum and Different modalities treatment.
 Methodology: This was a Prospective observational study conducted in from May 2019 to April 2021 at Liaquat University Medical Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. The comprises 50 patients. All were admitted Outpatient Department (OPD). evaluated fully after history & Clinical examinations Digital Rectal Examination (DRE) with Proctoscope specific investigations of, Stool DR, Fecal occult blood, ultra sound abdomen pelvis, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy biopsy, Barium enema, C T Scan Abdomen, chest MRI Abdomen &Pelvis, PECT Scan, Anorectal or Endoluminal Ultra sound, Tumor Marker CEA, Monoclonal Antibodies, LDH level, LFT for liver. X- Ray PA view. Complete blood picture (CBC) Blood urea, sugar, serum electrolyte, HBSAG, HCV, HIV, COVID -19, LFT, PT, APTT, INR ECG fitness purpose general assessment.
 Results: In this carcinoma reported. maximum number age group between 12 80 years. Out patient, 15 presented Altered Bowel habit (Constipation Diarrhea) Spurious Morning Diarrhea , 13 ,With Bleeding per rectum. diagnosed stage 1 ,13 11, 9 111, 1V. 28 treated anterior resection, initially New adjuvant therapy followed by APR TME, immunotherapy, gene therapy. 4 diversion colostomy, then Neo therapy, 3 laparotomy, hart men procedure, Chemo radio Immunotherapy, Gene therapy.
 Conclusion: is common problem all over world. Patients rectum can present diarrhea, constipation, bleeding rectum, spurious morning diarrhea if not diagnose, treat patient early stage, live style will be complicated.
